The KUIPER BELT ALIENS (KBA) are a massive and varied "ET Group" that comrpises many "Entities" that originate from Parallel Dimensions and Parallel Universes, as well as Star Nations who ALL want progressive accessiability to Planet Earth, but TPTB have prevented any ET Groups any kind of access for many decades now, so therefore the KBA know TPTB, the Draconian Reptilians and the Greys do not want them involved with Earth affairs.
After August 2008, perhaps there may be some kind of "Authentic Alien Invasion", however no one really knows, and the KBA may only simply be creating "Martial Quarantine" to prevent TPTB from creating their own "Galactic Empire" and to prevent Reptilian DNA mixed with Mammalian DNA being taken into Outer Space.
