Recession Will Bring Big Rise In Crime And Race Hatred, Says Home Office Home Secretary By Siobhan Kennedy September 1, 2008 http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article4649056.ece Ministers are bracing themselves for a rise in violent crime and burglaries and a shift to far-right extremism as the effects of the economic downturn take their toll, a leaked Home Office report to the Prime Minister says. In a series of warnings, the Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith, says that Britain also faces a “significant increase” in alcohol and tobacco smuggling, hostility towards migrants and even a potential rise in the number of people joining terrorist groups. Revenue raised from issuing new visas is also set to fall as people stop travelling, passport fees will drop and police funding will come under extreme pressure, according to a copy of the report, Responding to Economic Challenges, seen by The Times. Most Britons had only considered the effects on the economic downturn on their food, fuel and housing bills but Ms Smith’s revelations show that the credit crisis is likely to affect them in other, more sinister ways. Based on models from the last recession in 1991-92, Ms Smith tells Gordon Brown that violent crime is set to grow at a rate of 19 per cent while theft and burglaries could rise by up to 7 per cent this year and 2 per cent in 2009. “Our modelling indicates that an economic downturn would place a significant upward pressure on acquisitive crime and therefore on overall crime figures,” Ms Smith says. The report reveals that the Home Office has allocated £300 million for security for the 2012 Olympics and that there could also be a rise in people turning to extremist groups and racism because of “a real or perceived sense of disadvantage held by individuals”. The report added: “Grievances based on experiencing racism is one of the factors that can lead to people becoming terrorists”. The report highlights Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities as those most vulnerable to such effects because of low employment rates and having the highest percentage of children living in households with income 60 per cent below the average. A tightening in the economy is also expected to bring a significant rise in fuel, alcohol and tobacco smuggling and illegal-working migrant numbers could swell as job opportunities fall. A Home Office spokesman said that the department did not comment normally on leaked documents but the report was a draft advice on which the Home Secretary had not yet signed off. It had not been sent to No 10. “It is, however, appropriate that the Home Office considers the effects the economic climate may have on crime and other policy areas. Scary stuff avatar, as a citizen of the UK would you say this article is all fact? , is the overall collective energy negative over there, I have a few friends there and they tell me the place is the pits! Inter-migration always turns negative because you have so many people that have a dislike for their new country and the clash of cultures enhances that collective energy to be dreadful.

Well, no it is probably a little bit exaggerated in places, however when you watch V FOR VENDETTA, and films like DOOMSDAY and REIGN OF FIRE, you get an overall picture that TPTB in Britain are wanting massive social, racial, cultural and financial changes here as part of the NWO. The thing is, to create it, mass chaos, race riots, anti-government riots and "Flash Mobs" will occur across many, many towns and cities in Britain. There was an Independant Radio News (IRN) "news bulletin" on Talksport Radio in October 2004, boradcast ONLY one time in a 1 HR news broadcast, that stated that by 2016, the current population in Britain would have dropped from 70 million to only 40 million. So how on earth is there going to be that kind of population reduction, unless massive military planning to create those types of far ranging social, racial, cultural and financial changes, is going to occur?

30 million is more than the entire population of Australia! To start with there are way too many people in the UK, too many ‘singular energies’ trying to merge, that is the first way they construct chaos, then the news reports suggestively putting thoughts into peoples heads, through their fears these thoughts then are established. The original pattern of energy that goes with those born in the UK is very reactive, the brits are mad buggers that don’t take any BS from anyone and this pattern of energy has been manipulated to hatred. I consider the original characteristic to be very positive and it is that actual energy that is the foundation of Australia. The question is avatar; will your home country ever find balance? What are your deep feelings on where the UK will go with all this manipulation in the near future?

It would seem that the battle is lost avatar, the people have no way of getting on top of all that, and part of the agenda is to fade out the middle class and their values because that has always been the glue that holds nations together. The UK does seem to be on a path of implosion and the only way such a massive deduction in population will/could occur is with a major ‘natural disaster’ so it could be accepted by the world. Your description of what is going on indicates that this is highly possible to achieve with the collective energy of this country, and could very well be before the time predicated, it just cant keep going like that something has to crack! The world will be focusing on the UK over the next four years because of the Olympics so there is a great deal of concentrated energy in the UK, are you happy to stay there? All I can say is it is a shame to see this happen.

The level of "programming" and "conditioning" in Britain is massive, and very wide ranging. ALL most of the British People seem to care for is living credit card, hedonistic, narcissistic, self-obsessed, egocentric lifestyles. There is seemingly absolute apathy and childish, repetitive behavior occurring across Britain. It is a decaying, slum-like country these days. People spend their credit cars in HP repayments on expensive looking croad vehicle makes like BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo and Volvo, and yet they are NOT owned. Currently the state of the British Economy is so bad that the UK Government will not and does not inform the general public what is really going on. It is ALL left to simply decay. Most people I know have sold their homes in cities like London, and moved out to towns elsewhere in Britain or have move abroad. There are 70 million people in Britain, and films like "Doomsday", "Reign Of Fire", "V For Vendetta" and "48 Days Later" ALL seem to be informing the British People that the current social, economic, financial and cultural structure of Britain is going to come to an abrupt ending in the very, very near future, perhaps around 2013, 2014 or 2015, with presumably 'mass genocide' of 30 million + of the population. This means Britain is again going to change, probably becoming a similar country to that like it was before 1950-1951, and definitely before WW2 occurred. The reason I find it so stright forward to stay "balanced" is because spiritually, emotionally and psychologically, I make the mental effort to take self-responsibility for my own life, and therefore can objectively observe the cultural, racial, genetic, and social mess that Britain is in, whilst keeping my own life in a balanced and focus state.

It is getting the time to do so and literally, I am so busy, I certainly do not have the time to teach others how to overcome the "chaos" created as part of 'Culture Creation' and 'Predictive Programming' from the Tavistock Institute (TI) and the NWO of the Satanic Elites. Britain is decaying, it is very evident from the overall state of the urban environments, where little money is ploughed into maintain and modernize ailing infrastructure. ALL the debt taxation, credit cards and inefficient banking systems DO NOT work in Britain really very well anymore. So Britain will simply fragment and disintegrate.
