Inspired by the list of "Things to Avoid", I was hoping to hear what people embrace, or incorporate into their daily life that assist them in staying strong, healthy, and successfully deprogramming. My top ten list (what I 'try' to do everyday).... 1.consiously connect with oversoul throughout the day 2.VIOLET protection,balance, merge, spin chakras 3.release work, forgivness altar 4.protein based breakfast 5.exercise 6.eat 'whole' foods 7.drink distilled water 8.take vitamins, supplements 9.talk and connect with people I love 10.hug my dog  ~Sheri

Something I've found extremely helpful in deprogramming and removing the demonic energy and entities that are installed during programming and ritual is The Lords Prayer.

Oh yes.I've used technioues suggested by Stewart.BTW,many of my memories were way before any deprogramming techniques were made public.

That sounds interesting. Did you meet Stewart before his Healers Handbook was published? I have upgraded you to Hyperspace Member and you now have access to those forums.

No.I only relatively recently met Stewart. I'm 50 years old and have had conscious memory of programming and ritual since at least 5 years of age.I was also watched by who Stewart refers to as the Transparent People.

Ok, thanks for the confirmation; There is a theory which explains it is you, your subconscious, your deepest mind-pattern in you, which found the Lords Prayer to be the best acceptable exercise to deprogram and remove negative entities. So according this theory, your Oversoul receives your deepest will and your soulpersonality commands when they are very strong in the case of The Lords Prayer.

If it has anything to do with mind pattern my deepest mind pattern is that I am getting out!! There is a way out. My belief was reenforced by the Montauk story of Duncan being transformed by the blood of Christ.Whether it is true or not it struck a memory deep within me. I would like to share another tool in my deprogramming tool box that has been helpful to me and that is the Christos Logos in gold used in conjunction with your existing T-bar.
