The story might be true because fireballs have been seen by people before. I haven’t found much info about it on the net yet. Maybe later in the week there will be more info.

Yes, the Earth does have huge electrical storms linked to Ley Lines and the World Energy Grid. It could have been that or perhaps Project Blue Beam and the Staged Alien Invasion. Also, the Fourth Reich is very active in both Argentina and Chile, with massive underground bases there.
