Ok, I couldn't get my head around this - too much.  It blew my mind.

The concept at the end was - that electrons behave differently when observed. 

Electrons behaved like 'matter' when observed, yet behaved like 'waves' when not.

Awesome video - check it out.  Its a cartoon but explains everything, apparently its from "What the bleep do we know".
