Hello to all HyperspaceCafe folk !! My name is Marta and in in less than 2 months i'll be 21. I was born in Poland, moved to Canada when i was ten. A friend frist introduced me to hyperspace and the Swerdlows earlier this year when i was having trouble getting enough sleep. I've had insomnia for a while, and he told me to visualize a light blue blanket before i slept. I went from taking three hours to fall asleep to 15 MINUTES! Now i don't even have to use the blue. ^^ A bit later i bought myself a copy of the Healer's Handbook. At first it made me sort of angry mostly because it was 'too techinical to be spiritual' for me. So the book sat and collected dust. But i think after seeing results and changes in my friend and his brother, etc. i decided to give it a try. Started with chakra spinning, lvl one stuff. Next came the sabotage, the ins and outs of old friends and new, and still i'm at level one. I procrastinate a lot and get very discouraged, so i'm glad i've gotten thus far. Dear Marta Welcome to HCF. I wanted to let you know I saw you post in the Expansions relationship forums, replying to an earlier post I wrote. I understand your experiences - I'm in a 'bumpy' phase myself right now! Interesting about your age - I am 21 in early Feb, so we're pretty close in chronology. Also, I do not believe in 'beginners'. You have unique combination of knowledge and experiences, and thus have something to contribute in ways completely different to anyone else. That's not 'level 1' - that's just you! thanks for compliments ^^ we were playing around with the web cam as for this forum well i haven't exactly returned or left... i just haven't been keeping up with it too much and have put my hyperspace work aside to contemplate expansions and such. fortunately i've received some wise words which have lead me to a little less confusion and back to my hyperspace techiniques. take care y'all
