Have you ever heard of African Dream Root (Silene Capensis)?

I heard it’s supposed to help get in touch with your ancestors when you dream.
I have heard of it before. There are many herbs like that in Africa, China and South America; I believe Yohimbin will do the same thing only it works more on the lower chakra opening up to the lower Astral and sexual realm.
I personally would stay away from exotic herbs like Ayahuasca and the likes, there is always flash backs with those herbs.

BTW : I was drugged once by a Templar, it took me nearly 6 months to get on top of it. I was having out of body experiences 3 times a day.
