I have been reading you need to do the Lion Frequency at the Crown Chakra. How does this differ than at the Pineal Gland? What is the exact step by step process? I would gladly appreciate any help since I cannot get a hold of the book "True Reality of Sexuality (where the Lion Frequency is focused in that book).

From what i learned, the lion frequency needs to be done 'above' the crown chakra....as the violet diamond sits at the top of the crown

Hello kittenmaxi, I personally do not practice the lion frequency. The archetype of the frequency is held at the pineal during sexual activity, at the moment of orgasm, yet each frequency is positioned at one of the chakra points for activation, and the lion frequency is projected at the crown. I am sure if you contacted expansions, you would be able to get the book from them.

It's really for what effect you want. Lion freq is usually done above the crown for high level information and a whole body feeling of power - Over the crown, it gives the experience a 3D feel to it like you actually ARE a lion or whatever; Whereas at the pineal, I find, Its more of an observation. So, for me, in the 3d form above head - You BECOME king of your jungle and FEEL it, And at the pineal in the 2d archetype form, its more of a 'looking through the mirror and studying the lion' in a neutral way kind of thing... You get? ... On a day to day level, I nonchalantly use the lion freq above my head about 30min into my rowing training, then send that energy down and around - I own! Occasionally, when Im meditating, I use it to expand everything to a point where, for example, I actually sense whats going on in the houses next door as my energy extends so far out as you become powerful yet comfortable. My take -hope this helps
