Let me explain:

I have NO source for this 100% HAARP running at 27th oct, other than my own observations;

i.e. that since a few years I experience at full moon the weather often changes very strongly around mid-night with much
thunder and lightning.

Further,

My added suggestion in my latest post in the text view of David Icke is a remark that people should be aware of:

- full moon is the best time for energetic rituals (affecting human consciousness via the astral spheres), esp. satanic rituals
- HAARP can be used for weather control, esp. few days before and at full Moon
- HAARP applications for mind-control causing manipulations on individual consciousness and perceptions
- On coming october 27th; the global time system and electricity power system changes to winter-time for a big part; that effects the electromagnetic resonances of the Earth grid, and likely will need for a system re-configuration of the HAARP centers.
